As a trained Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, I know the amazing healing power of good foods. I took that a step further and am also trained in the AutoImmune Protocol for those that need an elimination style diet approach to their healing. Hearty Sauces came from my experience with clients that wanted a bit more ease and simplicity with their meals, but it also was created out of a need in my own kitchen. As someone with autoimmune issues, I have to limit my ingredients and make most of my meals from scratch, at home. It gets old having to cook everything from scratch, am I right? I love sauces. I was tired of having to make sauce, marinade, dry rub and salad dressing and being short on some ingredient or another. So, I gathered up all of the flavors I think are delicious and I want to share them with you! I want there to be options for full flavor, max nutrients, and absolutely no junk ingredients!

How To Enjoy

Use 1 Tbsp per 1 lb of ground meat before cooking

Or mix 1 Tbsp with ½ cup oil of your choice as a marinade

Let meat marinate for 1 hour to 24 hours

Cook and enjoy as tacos, bowls, or salads!
