I honestly bought this for convenience and it didn't disappoint. The flavor is as good as freshly squeezed.

I've been wanting a product like this for a long time. I make a lot of recipes that need lemon juice, but I never have lemons. Then I end up letting the rest of the lemons spoil. So something that I can keep in the fridge is really convenient. I made a lemon garlic chicken recipe last night, and the lemon flavor was fresh and you'd never know it wasn't fresh-squeezed. Each bottle lasts 6-8 weeks, so I figure if I don't use it up by 6 weeks I'll freeze some in an ice cube tray in 1 tbsp. portions so I can save for later. I see they have a lime version too and will be buying that.

I drink it first thing in the morning for digestive health and surprisingly it’s not bitter, not sour, just delicious.
