I would give this 10/5 stars if I could. One of the best things I discovered during my AIP elimination period. It’s like bread - like actual bread! It’s pretty dense when done but it stays moist and is delicious and filling and smells great fresh or warmed just like regular bread. I typically eat it with some tiger nut spread or fruit jam. Coconut manna is good too. You do need to pay attention to the warning to eat or freeze within 3 days, but I eat it so fast that’s really not a problem for me.
