Eden Foods // Ume Plum Vinegar 10 oz

I didn’t expect it to be salty. I expected a slightly fruity flavor & was pleasantly surprised on how good it tasted! You don’t need much. Just a few shakes with some avocado oil on your salad & you’re all set! I now enjiy it everyday for lunch. I’m so glad I bought this product!!

What a great new flavor option for AIP! When one door closed, this sweet not too vinegary door opened. Made an amazing pot roast with this!

This is not your ordinary vinegar! This is sweeter, with a rounder flavor profile. I love it to dress a salad simply - toss veggies with avocado or olive oil, sprinkle with salt (and pepper, if you're able, or a little garlic or onion powder). Sprinkle on just a few shakes of this vinegar, and toss again. No having to mix up salad dressing in an extra container, then make space in the fridge!
I have also used this as an addition to stir-fry, in some nomato sauce that needed "something" , and mixed with honey to make a glaze for grilled plums - I thought I was being kind of silly, but it worked! This stuff is yummy, and worth a splurge. You don't need to use much, and there's just no other vinegar like it!
