Erin is officially retiring as an AIP blogger. For eight years she shared recipes at Real Food and Love and used the AIP diet and lifestyle to recover from three autoimmune diseases. She was a virtual assistant behind the scenes and helped admin in AIP Facebook groups. Now, she intends to simply keep her focuses offline and continue being thankful for her roles in life as a wife and a homeschooling mother of three wildlings and a chunky teething baby. As this is her last AIP Talk post, she leaves you with well wishes as you continue striving for good health.
