Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is our goal to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt. Some factors may delay processing 2 to 3 additional days, such as weekends, holidays, and item availability.

Should items not be in stock, we will notify you via email. We will wait 2 days for a response. If we do not receive a response from you within this time, we will ship your other order items and refund the missing item.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES

All orders within the contiguous United States over $99 will be shipped free by USPS standard shipping (typically First Class Package).

Standard Shipping Tiers for the Contiguous United States:

  • Free Shipping: applies to standard economy shipping for orders over $99
  • $3.99 shipping fee: for orders weighing 0.01 lbs to 0.688 lbs 
  • $7.99 shipping fee: for orders weighing 0.689 lbs to 1 lbs
  • $9.99 shipping fee: for orders weighing 1.1 to 2 lbs
  • $11.99 shipping fee: for orders weighing 2.1 lbs to 4.9 lbs
  • $13.99 shipping fee: for orders weighing 5 lbs or more

Standard Shipping Tiers for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

  • $10.95 shipping fee: for orders weighing up to 1 lb
  • $12.95 shipping fee: for orders weighing 1.1 to 2.5 lbs
  • $14.95 shipping fee: for orders weighing 2.6 lbs to 3.5 lbs
  • $16.95 shipping fee: for orders weighing 3.6 lbs to 4.5 lbs
  • $19.95 shipping fee: for orders weighing 4.501 lbs or more

Additional charges may apply if packages are redirected, an incorrect address was provided, or is undeliverable (see Section 6 of this policy). We are not responsible for shipping charges related to incorrect or missing information on your order.

The minimum free shipping dollar amount excludes discounts, promotions, sales tax, and shipping.

If you have a promo code for free shipping, it covers free USPS standard shipping unless otherwise noted with the code.

 

SECTION 3 - TAXES

Items sold through our Site may be subject to taxes and other governmental charges. If an item is subject to taxes, prior to submitting your purchase request, an estimated tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING METHODS

We use the USPS and UPS for deliveries. The estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Neither we nor UPS or USPS are able to provide 100% guarantees on arrival. 

When your order is shipped, an order update will be emailed to you with a tracking or confirmation number. You may track your order via the UPS or USPS websites.

 

SECTION 5 - CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you wish to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order, please email us immediately at support@fullyhealthy.com. If the order has not been processed, we will update the delivery address. Unfortunately, should the order be shipped already, you will not be able to change it. It is our goal to provide prompt delivery service, which includes fulfilling your order quickly.

 

SECTION 6 - UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES OR MISSING ITEMS

FullyHealthy shall work with our partner shipping carriers to promptly deliver packages to you. In the event packages are delayed, damaged, re-routed, and/or incorrectly delivered, we shall work with the shipping carriers to rectify. This process may significantly delay the delivery of your package.

Returned Shipments: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it having been refused upon delivery, or it being undeliverable, we will reach out to you via email. We will wait two days for a response. If we do not receive a response from you within this time, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. We will offer a one-time complimentary re-shipment of domestic orders that are returned to us after the address has been verified. Shipments that are returned to us a second time will be subject to additional shipping charges, and the order may be cancelled/refunded. In the event that an order is cancelled/refunded for this reason, shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be asked to re-submit an order with a valid shipping address.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: We make every effort to help ensure there are no incorrect, damaged, or missing items in your order. Should this occur, within 3 days of the receipt of shipment, please notify us at support@cusatea.com. Any adjustments thereafter shall be at the sole discretion of Cusa Tea and Coffee.

Missing Shipments: Shipments which go missing (never arrive) may be eligible for re-shipment. Couriers will typically notify if a shipment has gone missing. If that becomes the case we will re-ship at no cost to you. If you haven't received your order and no updates have been posted to your tracking information within 10 days after it was shipped, please reach out to us and we'll work with you towards a solution. Any adjustments or re-shipments after this 10 day period shall be at the sole discretion of Cusa Tea and Coffee.

 

SECTION 7 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)

FullyHealthy only ships to the USA and Canada; FullyHealthy.com does not ship to locations outside of the USA or Canada. For a shipping quote, please enter your shipping address at checkout or contact us at support@fullyhealthy.com for help.

 

International customers are advised to contact the courier with questions about delivery, shipment speed, location and any other issues with the shipment. FullyHealthy.com has access to the same tracking information and communications that are provided to the customer, and all inquiries about the shipment will be directed to the courier.

International customers assume the cost and risk of shipping internationally. International customers are advised of the following:

  • All international sales are final. FullyHealthy.com does not offer returns, refunds, nor exchanges on any international orders under any circumstances.
  • FullyHealthy.com will not be responsible for any delayed, detained, damaged, returned, stolen or lost international shipments. Due to the high cost of international shipping, international orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances. 
  • FullyHealthy.com will not be responsible for any taxes, duties or tariffs imposed by local customs authorities in the destination country.
  • FullyHealthy.com is unable to assist in the event that a parcel is detained or delayed by customs officials in the destination country.
  • Depending on the destination country, the courier and the shipping service selected, international shipments may take weeks or months to arrive. International customers are encouraged to select a shipping service speed to meet their needs and to reach out to the courier in the event of issues or delays.
