    How AiPeazy was born...
    My heatlh was declining in my mid 30's. I was told it was likely "autoimmune" and the meds would only mask the symptoms. I knew I had to figure it out on my own. After struggling for years, I found that most of my problems originated in my gut and that my diet was the key. I love to cook. However, cooking and cleaning every meal was simply overwhelming at times. My clean kitchen was destroyed in only a few hours. Sometimes all I needed was an easy and fast meal with little mess and no garbage ingredients. But finding what fit with my restricted diet was difficult to say the least. I began tinkering in the kitchen with fast easy recipes. Knowing that there is a whole community of people just like me made it easy to choose My Mission: Help you stay on your healthy path with easy, fast and tasty foods.
