Due to the lack of fillers and preservatives - these delicious cookies do tend to crumble in transit. Warmer, summer months exacerbate this issue.

We recommend re-freezing upon arrival and you can even try to re-form if the crumbling has been excessive before putting back into the freezer. We promise that no matter what you do, the delicious taste is NOT compromised.

Please, if crumbling is unacceptable to you, please refrain from purchase as we cannot issue refunds for this known issue. We do hope you'll give them a try though, we have been amazed at the flavor despite not having all the yucky ingredients of a typical cookie.

About the Brand

Our story started with Josh being diagnosed with gluten intolerance and then with Cadence showing various symptoms that improved with the elimination of gluten and a dairy issue for Avery. Several years ago Josh and Karissa found the Paleo lifestyle and were amazed by how good we felt with eating that way, but we were disappointed by how expensive and tasteless any store bought Paleo treat tasted. In an ideal world of course we would make all our own food, but who lives there?! With a busy family schedule there isn’t usually time to bake in our house. Then Avery switched to a preschool that didn’t allow nuts, and Karissa noticed that most of the Paleo cookie recipes online had comments that asked “How could I make this without nuts?” and “How could I make this without eggs?” After awhile the idea for Jack’s Paleo Kitchen cookies was hatched, and after a lot (and I mean A LOT) of batches of cookies, we developed our recipe. We might be biased, but we think they are pretty great. We hope you think so too!

Storage Guide

ShopAIP stores these cookies in our freezer prior to shipment. If you also freeze them upon arrival, they have a 9-Month Freezer Life. They have a 45-Day shelf-life after defrost.
