How AiPeazy was born...
My heatlh was declining in my mid 30's. I was told it was likely "autoimmune" and the meds would only mask the symptoms. I knew I had to figure it out on my own. After struggling for years, I found that most of my problems originated in my gut and that my diet was the key. I love to cook. However, cooking and cleaning every meal was simply overwhelming at times. My clean kitchen was destroyed in only a few hours. Sometimes all I needed was an easy and fast meal with little mess and no garbage ingredients. But finding what fit with my restricted diet was difficult to say the least. I began tinkering in the kitchen with fast easy recipes. Knowing that there is a whole community of people just like me made it easy to choose My Mission: Help you stay on your healthy path with easy, fast and tasty foods.

I tried this early-on in my elimination period so the taste took some getting used to. My husband who is not on AIP doesn’t particularly enjoy the smell but says it’s ‘okay’. This is one of my staples for breakfast or a quick snack if out of ‘grab and go’ type items. I don’t typically add anything to it but adding raisins make it taste sort of like a melted cinnamon raisin cookie.
