Together with Flying Fish founder Lyf Gildersleeve, a second-generation fishmonger and ocean advocate, we crafted a cold-smoked steelhead that preserves everything great about this fish — without requiring a fridge until it’s opened. It’s hardwood smoked, responsibly sourced from Pacific Northwest waters, and made with nothing but Washington steelhead, sea salt, honey and spices.
