1. IN THE PANTRY: Store your pancake mix in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly after opening. Properly stored, it stays fresh for up to 18 months from the manufacture date.

2. AFTER MIXING: Once you've made batter, use it right away for the best texture grain-free flours don't hold up well to sitting out.

3. LEFTOVER PANCAKES: Cooked pancakes keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat in a toaster or skillet to bring back the texture.

BORN FROM NECESSITY

Luv & Yum started at home, not in a test kitchen. When founder Gabriella Sarlo's son was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, their family was put on an elimination diet and she couldn't find a pancake mix that was organic, allergen-free, grain-free, and still tasted the way they preferred...So she built one.

MONTHS OF TRIAL AND ERROR

Grain-free baking doesn't behave like traditional baking. It took countless failed batches before Gabriella found the right balance organic apple cider vinegar powder paired with baking soda to get pancakes that were genuinely fluffy, without gums or artificial ingredients.
