Soft, Delicious, Allergy Friendly
Jack’s Allergen Friendly Bakery
Gluten-free, nut-free, and allergy-friendly cookies, brookies, and treats built for the families who actually need them, without giving up how a cookie is supposed to taste.
Treats built for the allergy list, not around it.
Every Jack’s cookie is gluten-free, and most are nut-free, egg-free, or AIP-friendly, so nobody is left out of the cookie jar.
A Family Recipe, Written By Necessity
Jack’s Allergen Friendly Bakery started with Josh’s gluten intolerance diagnosis, then his daughter Cadence’s, then his other daughter Avery’s dairy sensitivity. Josh and Karissa moved the family toward Paleo eating, but found the treats on shelves expensive and underwhelming.
When Avery started at a nut-free preschool, Karissa noticed the same two questions everywhere online: how do I make this without nuts, and how do I make this without eggs. Those questions became the recipe for Jack’s cookies.
The name is the family itself: Josh, Avery, Karissa, and Cadence, JACK for short, the whole reason the bakery exists, baked into every batch.
Fully Healthy × Jack’s Allergen Friendly Bakery
Nobody Left Out
At Fully Healthy, we look for brands that started because a family needed them, not because a market study said allergy-friendly was trending. Josh and Karissa built Jack’s after watching their own kids lose access to nut-free and egg-free treats, and it shows in a lineup where gluten-free, nut-free, and AIP-friendly options actually taste like the real thing.
That is exactly why we carry Jack’s: cookies built for the kids and adults an allergy list would otherwise leave out.
